Mathieu is a qualified French chef who trained for four years at the prestigious Catering School of Strasbourg, France, before working in Michelin-starred restaurants. After several years in the business world, his desire to rediscover the authentic bakery flavours of his childhood inspired a new journey.

Our aim is to bring back classic French bakery and pastry products — handmade fresh in Dublin using carefully selected, high-quality ingredients.

 

Our bakery specializes in crafting a variety of exquisite pastries, including croissants, pain au chocolat, bread, baguettes, and other delightful treats.
